Job Description

We are looking for a kind, caring, qualified, experienced Nanny to look after one baby girl.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally at least three years' experience working as a Nanny with at least two years with the same family.
• Excellent references from every position held.
• Fluent English.
• A full, clean driver's licence and own car.
• Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid.
• Ideally a specific childcare qualification up to at least FETAC/QQI level 6.  A Montessori Qualification would be top of the wishlist.
• Experience with babies and toddlers would be preferred.

DUTIES:

• Tuesday to Friday - 8am to 6pm.
• Nappy changes and feeding including cleaning and sterilising bottles. 
• Establishing and maintaining excellent feeding and sleep routines.
• Planning and engaging in developmental activities.
• Monitoring the baby's development and regularly updating the parents.
• Bathing, dressing, and keeping the baby’s room tidy.
• Ensuring the baby's safety, well-being, and happiness.
• Bringing the baby to activities.
• Housekeeping duties relating to the baby including laundry and ironing.

Approx. salary and benefits:

• Excellent Terms and Conditions.
• €20 to €25 gross per hour.
