Job Description

We are looking for a kind, caring, experienced, professional and qualified Nanny to look after two children:

• Baby aged 4 months.
• Boy aged 4½ years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally a minimum of three years experience as a Nanny, Childminder or Maternity Nurse.
• Preferably with at least two years working in the same job, with the same employer or with the same family.
• Excellent References.
• Ideally a FETAC/QQI Level 6 qualification up to at least level 6.
• Up to date paediatric first aid would be an advantage.
• Fluent English.

DUTIES:

• 8.30am to 5.30pm - 4 or 5 days per week - The family is flexible.
• Taking care of the baby including feeding, bathing and maintaining nap routine.
• Organising interactive activities for both children.
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals for the children.
• Bringing and collecting the little boy to and from school, playdates and activities.
• Supporting development milestones for both children.
• Organising fun indoor and outdoor activities as well as days out.
• Light housework in relation to the children only including laundry, tidying up bedrooms and communal areas, cleaning up the kitchen after use, etc.

Approx. salary and benefits:

• €22/€23 gross per hour.
