Job Description

We are looking for a full time, experienced Childminder to care for three children:

• Girl aged seven years
• Girl aged five years
• Boy aged four year

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally a minimum of three year's relevant experience as a Nanny or Child Minder and ideally with the same family. 
• Excellent references
• Fluent English
• A full, clean driving licence and own car
• A childcare qualification up to at least QQI/FETAC level 6 would be an advantage.
• An animal lover is essential as the family have rabbits, gerbils and guinea pigs.

DUTIES:

• Hours - Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Assisting the mother of this family with all aspects of childcare.
• School runs.  Dropping and collecting from sports, after school activities, playdates, etc.
• Assistance with homework
• Preparing and cooking snacks and meals for the children.
• Arts & Crafts, puzzles, reading stories, indoor and outdoor games and activities.
• Some light housework in relation to the children only.

Approx. salary and benefits:

• €18 to €20 gross per hour.

• Reimbursement of petrol/diesel expenses
• End of year bonus.
